Tutorial: Tutorial: Menu using Initial Application

In this tutorial we will see how to configure the menu so that it is already open with an application loaded in the background, as the initial application.

In this example we are calling another menu application, a tree menu, you can call any application in your project, normally you use another menu or a Dashboard application showing a panel with several applications.

Creating a Menu Application

1. First step, create a new Menu type application, it can be Tree Menu too, in this example we will show with the normal Menu.

2. Access the Menu settings by clicking on the “Settings” item.

3. Change the “Default Application” parameter to “One application“, and in the “Application” property, select the application that will be open with the Menu, as shown in the image below:

You can also use the URL parameter to call an external link with a website or screen from another system.

4. Run the application to view and test.
